Damate Group has unveiled a new product line: functional turkey broths under the Indilight brand. The launch took place at the Caucasus Investment Forum.

This line of broths represents a logical step in expanding the company’s product portfolio to meet diverse consumer needs. The product is convenient to use—simply heat it up to drink as a standalone beverage or use it as a base for soups and hot dishes. This offers consumers another easy way to incorporate turkey into their daily diet.

"Thanks to their balanced, natural composition, these broths are easily digestible and support the immune system; they are also a source of collagen, which is vital for joint and skin health," noted Daria Lashchenko, Damate’s Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales.

The recipes and formulas were developed by Sylvaine Rowe, a professor at the Geneva College of Longevity Sciences and a nutrition expert. The new line features five ready-to-consume varieties: "Antioxidant" (for stress protection), "Immune" (containing superfoods and immune-supporting ingredients), "Protein" (high-protein content), "Collagen" (for joint and skin support), and "Protein with Meatballs" (a heartier option).

The broths are made using turkey produced at Damate’s facilities in the Penza and Rostov regions. The turkey meat and bones are roasted, then slow-cooked with herbs and spices, filtered, and packaged.

Mass production of the new line is scheduled to begin in the autumn of 2026 at Damate’s meat processing plant in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The broths will be sold through federal and local retail chains, as well as in the HoReCa segment.

Damate Group continues to expand its production of high-value-added products. By the end of 2025, Europe's largest deep-processing turkey plant had produced over 31,000 tons of products, a 21% increase from the previous year. All product lines showed positive growth: sausages, hams, dry-cured delicacies, and Indilight semi-finished products.

Damate Group increased duck production by 11% in 2025. The company produced 20,000 tons of duck in slaughter weight. The duck production complex operated at full capacity due to consumer demand, product expansion, and the development of export sales.
