In the first half of 2026, revenue reached RUB 46.3 billion, a 19% increase compared to the first half of 2025. EBITDA rose by 84% to RUB 10 billion.
The company’s positive financial results stem from comprehensive efforts to improve operational and production metrics, as well as business restructuring carried out in 2025. The company continued to optimize internal processes and enhance the management of resources and costs.
During the first half of 2026, Damate invested in the construction of new facilities while simultaneously working to complete previously initiated projects and modernize existing production capacities. Additionally, the company actively expanded its product portfolio.
In the Penza and Rostov regions, the company began modernizing its turkey slaughter and processing plants to increase the production of branded natural and minced semi-finished products. The investment in this project totaled RUB 1 billion. Implementation of the project will increase production capacity for these product categories by 30%—from 120,000 to 155,000 tons per year.
In the North Caucasian Federal District, construction was completed on the second phase of a sheep breeding and genetics center. The center’s full-scale launch will establish a stable breeding foundation for intensive sheep farming and reduce reliance on imported genetics; this will have a positive impact on the development of both Damate’s sheep farming division and the Russian sheep farming industry as a whole.
Construction of a compound feed plant valued at RUB 1.2 billion began in the Tyumen region. The new facility is designed to produce up to 30,000 tons of feed annually and will supply feed for the turkey flock at Damate’s breeding facility located in the same region.
"The positive financial performance is the result of comprehensive efforts across several areas—ranging from improving production efficiency and refining the product range to implementing investment projects and optimizing existing capacities. I am confident that Damate will continue to deliver strong results thanks to the consistent execution of its development program and the creation of conditions for further growth," noted Stanislav Varich, First Deputy CEO of Damate.
Developing and refining the product portfolio played a crucial role. The company focused on shaping its product lineup to meet market needs and developing the most high-demand product categories. Damate launched industrial-scale pet food production at its Cherkessk plant, initiated a new project to produce functional broths, and introduced a line of ready-to-eat canned turkey meals.
It is worth noting that Damate increased its revenue by 15% to 82.8 billion rubles. The company maintained double-digit revenue growth by ramping up production volumes of turkey and duck products, as well as increasing the output of high-margin, value-added turkey products.
